In-Person & Video Visits
We are currently offering in-person and tele-health video visits. Tele-health video visits are a convenient and flexible alternative to in-person treatment. We utilize a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform that you can easily access from any location using a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer. Our office is located in Newport Beach, CA.
Initial Intake Appointment
Session Length: 50 minutes
Individual Therapy Appointment
Session Length: 50 minutes
Group Therapy Appointment*
Session Length: 90 minutes
Presurgical Evaluation
Session Length: Variable
Fees at Just Breathe Psychotherapy are comparable to those of other highly skilled and specialized psychologists in the area. Fees are due at each session, unless otherwise specified.

Insurance
We do not currently take insurance. However, to help facilitate your insurance claim, we can provide you with a statement called a superbill, which includes all of the necessary information to submit the claim to your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
It is expected that you attend each scheduled session. If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Information regarding rescheduling and exceptions is provided in the informed consent.
